Tinywild & Co. is a small, family-run studio. We grow when we find someone whose hands are steadier than ours, whose eye for fabric is sharper, whose patience for a good seam is longer.

How we work

• Slow over fast. We make small runs, fold each parcel by hand, and answer every email. We are not optimising for scale at any cost.
• Honest pay. Above living wage in every region we operate. Hours are reasonable. Holidays are taken.
• Remote-friendly where it makes sense. Studio days when craft demands it; quiet workdays from anywhere when it doesn't.
• Diverse on purpose. Different hands, different views, different stories — the brand is better for it.

We don't currently have open roles. We grow slowly and intentionally; when we add to the team, it will be posted here first.

We read every speculative note, even when there's no immediate fit. We may write back months later when the right moment comes.
