The window

30 days from delivery, anywhere in the world. Unworn, unwashed, with original tags.

How it works

1. Email hello@tinywild.co with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange.
2. We'll send a return label (UK and EU: pre-paid; US, AU, CA, NZ: at-cost).
3. Pop the piece back in its mailer. Drop at your nearest post office.
4. Refund within 5 working days of receipt — to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Tell us in the same email; we'll hold the new piece for you and ship it as soon as the return is on its way back.

Sale items

Final-sale items (marked clearly on the product page) are not returnable. Everything else is.

Faulty pieces

If a piece arrives faulty or develops a fault within the first 6 months, we will repair, replace, or refund — your choice. Just send a photo to hello@tinywild.co.
